QUALIFICATIONS
Thomas Grønkær is a partner at Sirius advokater and focuses primarily on procurement and competition law, where he has extensive experience in advising private suppliers and public authorities – public agencies, municipalities, regions and utility companies – on procurement law issues, including procurement processes, contract documents, negotiations and evaluation of tenders.
Thomas has extensive experience in drafting contract documents, preparing and ensuring the quality of procurement and tender documents, including technical appendices, and also in providing legal assistance with the preparation of and participation in contract negotiations. He also teaches procurement and competition law, specifically on the conduct of and participation in IT procurement processes.
Thomas Grønkær is a certified IT lawyer with the Association of Danish IT Attorneys and advises a number of IT companies on procurement law and contractual issues.
Finally, Thomas Grønkær has extensive experience in conducting cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, where he was an expert member from 2008 to 2012.
