Søs has considerable experience in advising on issues relating to both the establishment and restructuring of companies and collaborations and has gained a solid understanding of the issues that may arise in this context.
Søs takes pride in building a solid understanding of her clients and their business in order to find viable legal solutions in collaboration with the clients that reconcile the law with their business realities and objectives.
Søs has several years of experience in managing complex and long-term projects, including as an integral part of the clients’ project organisation. In 2017, Søs obtained project management certification.
