Søren Stenderup Jensen is one of the leading lawyers in the field of corporate and public law in Denmark.
For more than 25 years, including 18 years as a partner, Søren has worked with corporate and environmental, planning, energy and supply law.
Søren advises a number of enterprises on corporate and commercial issues and is a trusted advisor to manegement in these enterprises.
Søren is a trained mediator and arbitrator and continuously works with litigation and arbitration. He has extensive experience in litigation before the Supreme Court and litigation for and against public authorities, expropriation proceedings before the appraisal bodies and complaints/appeal processes before administrative councils and boards.

Søren is a partner with SIRIUS lawyers and has previously been a partner with Plesner (1998-2016).
Søren is chairman of the board of Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S, Clearidium A/S, Hetag A/S and Hetag JK Tagentreprise A/S and board member of Opus Personaleudvikling A/S and of Portalen – Greve Teater og Musikhus.
Søren is member of the Board of Directors in SIRIUS.

Søren has written several books and numerous articles on mainly environmental law issues. He is co-author of “Kommunale Forsyningsselskaber” (Municipal utilities) and “Klimaændringer i juridisk perspektiv” (Climate Change in the legal perspective).

In 2015 Søren won “Client Choice of the Environment & Climate Change Category” in Denmark and in 2018 he won “Lawyer Monthly – Legal Awards – Environment – Lawyer of the Year – Denmark, and he has his natural place in both Chambers Europe and Who’s Who Legal.
