Josephine specialises in construction law and advises all parties in the construction sector, i.e., private and public developers, consultants, contractors and insurance companies.
Josephine mainly assists with ongoing sparring during construction projects and provides legal advice when conflicts arise, concerning, for instance, extra work, delays and defects in the work carried out. In addition, she has extensive experience in subsequent dispute resolution, both before the ordinary courts and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, as well as participation in expert appraisal, etc.
Josephine attaches great value to gaining an understanding of the client’s needs and thereby being a trusted advisor during all phases of construction.
