QUALIFICATIONS
Jacob is dedicated to the employment and labour law practice area, having provided advice for more than 25 years within virtually all fields, comprising legal issues related to employees under both private and public law, including civil service law, etc. He has conducted numerous lawsuits before the Danish courts of law, the European Court of Justice, arbitration cases, complaints boards, etc., and has been a legal sparring partner in collective and individual bargaining at all levels. He has been involved in several of the largest most recent civil proceedings in Denmark and has been lead partner on cases involving a large number of parties.
Jacob is a sought-after moderator and advisor for various associations.
Jacob has received the H.G. Carlsen award in “Recognition of special efforts in the field of employment and labour law”. In addition, Jacob has been recommended several times, but the ranking he is most happy about is the Band 1 in Chambers Europe accompanied by the following quote: Is regarded to be a “very skilled litigator” and “well spoken and very experienced”.

Jacob is a partner in SIRIUS law firm. He is chairman of the Association of Danish Law Firms’ Professional Committee for Employment Law, former chairman of the Danish Association of Employment Lawyers, has been a member of various bills committees, etc.
