QUALIFICATIONS
Helle had solid experience in advising Danish and international clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, M&A and employment law. Helle has advised a large number of start-up companies, for instance on the implementation of investment rounds, corporate structure, incentive programmes and employee management.
In addition to her employment in the legal sector, Helle has also been employed as in-house legal counsel in the fashion and retail industry as well as in a large US-owned manufacturing company. During her employment with the fashion company Masai Clothing Company ApS, Helle played an active role in the company’s internal sales process in connection with the company’s sale to a British private equity fund. The experience gained as in-house legal counsel has provided Helle with great insight into how legal advice interacts with company operations and how to provide counseling that generates maximum value for the client.
