Helle Nøhr Larsen

Helle believes in the importance of looking at an issue from several angles: “If you cannot see the whole picture – including everything that is not law – you cannot see what is realistic and a suitable result to the client.”

QUALIFICATIONS

Helle Nøhr Larsen has worked with labour and employment law for 20 years. She has a strong foundation in the field of collective labor law, including the management and negotiation of collective agreements. Helle has experience in both collective and individual labor law for national and international clients.

Helle is interested in all aspects of labor and employment law, and it is her goal to always ensure that clients have a clear picture of their case, and a clear understanding of what counts as a good result. Her passion is to contribute to good solutions of disputes, and finds it amazing when her client is well arrived to the finish line.

Helle consults and provides coaching on employment law issues, on both a practical and strategic level.

Helle’s long experience in the industry means that she has worked with numerous cases in the labor relations field. Finally, Helle has a great understanding of the very different ways various labor disputes and conflicts needs to be handled.

LECTURING

Helle has taught labour and employment law at CBS and has continuously taught clients on labour and employment law issues over the years.

Positions

Helle is chairman of the board of directors at Grand Teatret (cinema), as well as chairman of the board of a non-profit organization helping people with cancer.

Helle is also a board member of the National Association of Employment Lawyers (of which she was also one of the co-founders) and she is also a member of the Danish Association for Labor Law.
