QUALIFICATIONS

Asger is a specialist in public procurement law, mainly advising private suppliers and public authorities on public procurement and contractual issues.

Asger has worked with public procurement law since 2010 and has conducted and advised on tenders under both the Danish Public Procurement Act, the Utilities Procurement Directive and the Defence and Security Directive. Asger thus has extensive experience in drafting contract documents, drafting and quality assuring tender conditions and technical annexes, as well as preparing and participating in contract negotiations.

Asger places particular emphasis on ensuring that his advice is always based on the clients’ business and operational realities.
