Over the past many years, Joachim has been a “trusted advisor” for a large number of clients, and he has also been a member of the board of directors in various business enterprises.
In recent years, Joachim has advised buyers and sellers in a large number of business transactions and major real estate transactions, generally as the responsible partner on the transaction and as head of SIRIUS law firm’s Corporate and M&A team.
Joachim is known for being an experienced and skilled negotiator always focusing on the right process through coordination and expectation-matching with all parties involved in a case in order to achieve a flexible project transaction process and a high success rate.
Joachim has a large network in all aspects of real estate, including contacts with banks and developers, which Joachim proactively uses together with his detailed commercial knowledge to the benefit of his clients.
For a period of three years, Joachim has been an external lecturer within law of contract and tort at the University of Copenhagen.
In recent years, Joachim has been a speaker at various seminars and after-work/morning meetings within corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
