Joachim advises Danish and international clients in the field of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sale of commercial real estate, including commercial real estate development.

Over the past several years, Joachim has acted as a trusted advisor to a large number of clients, and he has also been a member of the board of directors in various business enterprises.

In recent years, Joachim has advised buyers and sellers in a large number of business transactions and major real estate transactions, generally as lead partner on the transaction and as head of SIRIUS advokater’s Corporate and M&A team.

Joachim is known for being an experienced and skilled negotiator always focused on ensuring the right process for the solution through coordination and alignment of expectations with all parties involved to ensure a flexible transaction process and a high success rate.

Joachim has a large network in all aspects of real estate, including contacts with banks and developers, which Joachim proactively uses together with his detailed commercial knowledge to the benefit of his clients.

For a period of three years, Joachim has been an external lecturer in the law of contracts and tort at the University of Copenhagen.
